Make changes to your membership information in the online service
Keep your employment details up to date so that your union fee is always calculated correctly. You can report a change of workplace, retirement or family leave period, for example, in My Profile. You can log in to My Profile using strong authentication, i.e. your online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
When your information is up to date, the messages we send will be sent to the correct home and e-mail addresses and you will avoid unjustified payment reminders.
Update your membership information when:
- your contact details change
- you have unpaid periods
- your employer or workplace changes
- you graduate
- you retire
- you want to subscribe to the pocket calendar or cancel/subscribe to the Opettaja magazine
- you have issued a non-disclosure to the Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency or the non-disclosure has ended.
You can check and calculate your personal union fee at any time in My Profile. You can use the union fee calculator to allocate your fees to the period of your choice.
Union fee invoices are sent by e-mail. You can also find sent invoices in the message folder in My Profile.
