When you wish to resign from OAJ, please notify us using the enquiry form. Please note that you must pay the union fee until the end of the month in which you resign.

Work and insurance periods accumulated as a member of the unemployment fund will be preserved if you transfer to another unemployment fund within one month.

Membership fees must be paid to the previous unemployment fund and trade union up to the point of resignation, according to the rules of that fund and union.

If the one-month transfer period is exceeded, you will need to accumulate work and insurance periods from the beginning with the new fund.
