Advocacy, employment counseling and legal protection for OAJ's members
The most important employment terms are defined in the collective agreements. OAJ is the only trade union that negotiates teachers’ salaries, working hours and other important terms of employment. In addition, OAJ defends the position of its members in connection with resource cuts, for example.
