The result will be processed by the administrations of the negotiating parties; OAJ, YTN (Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff)  and Sivista (Finnish Education Employers FEE)

The content of the negotiation result will be communicated in more detail once it has been approved by the administrations of the negotiating parties.

Negotiations regarding the 2025 salary revisions began on February 5th.

Employees are represented by Opetusalan Ammattijärjestö OAJ and YTN (Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff). The employer side is represented by Sivista (Finnish Education Employers FEE)

There are 22 universities of applied sciences under the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland, employing 12,000 people.
