Finnish Education Employers (FEE) private education sector contracts include part of private sector vocational teachers, university of applied sciences, basic art education and liberal education teachers. It also includes teachers in private basic education and general upper secondary schools. 

Approximately 9,000 OAJ members are covered by the contract-  

OAJ negotiates the agreement with FEE (Sivistystyönantajat ry Sivista). 
 
The contract period is June 28 2024– March 31 2027. 
 
The responsible negotiator is Pasi Repo.
