Working time planning and monitoring is important in all work tasks, no matter how the working time is structured. Vipu allows you to see the amount of time you spend on different tasks and to estimate what your limited working time should be used for and in what quantities.

How to use Vipu-app

You can use Vipu on your smartphone or tablet when using the OAJ app. You can use either the planning table for co-planning working time or the Vipu table to help with planning and monitoring.

Vipu table provides tools for flexible planning and monitoring of working hours

In addition, you can use a Vipu table in which it is possible to flexibly define the working hours and tasks to be monitored. You can monitor the implementation of your plan by recording working hours in the Vipu table or by using the Vipu tool for monitoring .

Vipu is also suitable for independent monitoring

OAJ’s different member groups comply with different collective agreements as well as different working time systems. Not all working time systems require working time monitoring.
We offer our members the opportunity to monitor their working hours independently.

Vipu helps you monitor the implementation of your working time plan so that you can allot the working time available to you to complete all the tasks assigned to you during the academic year or working period.

How to plan the use of co-planning working time in a table

The tasks listed in the table are only examples. Customise the table to suit your educational institution and job assignment.

The maximum co-planning working time is:

  • in the municipal education sector agreement, 120 hours per academic year for basic education
  • in municipal upper secondary schools, 101 hours per academic year
  • in private comprehensive schools and upper secondary schools 45–100 hours per academic year
  • in internship schools, 69–107 hours per academic year.

Define the tasks and number of hours in your profile in accordance with the working time plan you made with your supervisor.

What do I do when I don't have enough co-planning working time?

If it seems that the co-planning working time is not sufficient to carry out the tasks involved, immediately discuss the matter with the principal. Together, go through the co-planning working time plan and the measures to correct the situation.

The task sets in the table are examples and can be added, removed or edited as required.
